This holiday season I will tie bells to my shoelaces and dust off my reindeer antlers as I participate in the Jingle Bell Run/Walk® for Arthritis, a 5K fun run/walk to benefit the Arthritis Foundation. And YOU can help, too!

I was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis in April of 2009. My medicines control my joint pain, and I can do everything I want to do again. Now I just hope for the day when there is a cure for arthritis and I can stop my medicines.
